El equipo de BlueFloat Energy es uno de los más experimentados en el diseño, desarrollo, construcción y ejecución de proyectos offshore flotantes y fijos, por un total de más de 3.000 MW en Europa y Asia. BlueFloat Energy está desarrollando actualmente parques eólicos marinos o participando en licitaciones en 6 mercados diferentes y entrando al menos en otros 5 mercados. Los partenariados actualmente firmados en diferentes mercados, incluyen como socios a Ørsted, Vattenfall, WPD, Falck Renewables y Energy Estate. En España, Sener es el socio de BlueFloat Energy y, juntos, están desarrollando parques eólicos marinos en tres zonas de la península: Parc Tramuntana, un proyecto en el Empordà (Cataluña) de 500 MW, Mar de Ágata, un parque de 300MW en la Costa de Almería, y Parque Nordés con 1.2GW situados en la costa gallega.
