Cooking spray ¼ tsp chili powder ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp ground cumin ¼ tsp salt 2 (4-oz) skinless salmon fillets 1. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Lightly coat the salmon with cooking spray; sprinkle with the spice mixture.
