SHOCK DYNO
If you have a shock that is bent or leaking, chances are we can fix it to new condition for much less than buying a new one. We service several popular brands of shocks including AFCO, PRO Shocks, and Penske. If the rebuild is going to cost close to the value of a new shock, we will call you and provide an estimate before any work is completed. A standard shock rebuild will have any damaged parts replaced, sealed and fresh oil installed. Upon completion, we will dyno the shock to ensure it is within tolerance. You will always receive the dyno sheet for future reference.
Using our state-of-the-art Maxwell torsion bar dyno, we can check the compression and rebound of the bar, which no other machine on the market can do. This provides a visual graph of the bar that we use to determine the condition of the bar as well as define the rate of the bar. We are able to dyno any Sprint Car, Midget, or Micro torsion bar available.
We offer shock dyno and analysis on any brand of shock. CSI has four shock dynos to satisfy all your needs. It is very common for a shock to not be what it is stamped. It is vital to the performance of your car to know what you have bolted on each corner. Through our dyno analysis we can assess the condition of your shock, if it is within tolerance and give you some recommendations based on our knowledge. This is a very affordable service. Nobody should put a shock on their car that hasn’t been on a dyno.

RS-X2 MONOTUBE
The RS-X2 double adjustable shock is lightweight, compact, and effective. It boasts a wide tuning range and low minimum gas pressure. The response was improved over our competitors by eliminating the canister. Both the rebound and compression adjusters can be run in the cockpit for the ultimate in tunability. New for 2018, this shock is available in a smooth body.

RS-M90 STEEL BODY BASE VALVE MONOTUBE
The RS-M90 shock features a precision machined steel body with enlarged gas chamber for minimal gas pressure gain throughout the range of travel. Every RS-M90 is built with a tuned base valve assembly, allowing us to run lower gas pressures and increase grip in the slickest of track conditions. We have several billet aluminum piston designs available. The RS-M90 can be run with or without a Schrader valve. As always, each shock we build is backed by our industry-leading customer support.

RS-JRX
THRU-SHAFT QUARTER MIDGET SHOCK Our newest shock for the quarter midget market was in development for over three years. Thru-Shaft technology is commonly used in the upper levels of motorsports. Of the many benefits to the design, the biggest is the removal of gas pressure increase with displacement. The reduction of parts has improved response time, consistency, and grip. The RS-JRX’s gas pressure is set at the factory to the specific build and sealed. Gas pressure checks and adjustments at the track are no longer necessary.

STANDARD QUARTER MIDGET SHOCK We are excited to unveil the latest iteration to our Championship winning line of RS-Junior Shocks. A new piston and base valve highlight the major improvements over the JR2. This shock now comes standard without a Schrader valve and revised shock curves to improve the overall balance and consistency of the car.
