Whispering Angel at The Rooftop

Take a visit to The Rooftop the seventh-floor bar and restaurant at The Trafalgar St. James Hotel where they’ve collaborated with Whispering Angel. Ths collaboration sees The Rooftop’s alfresco terrace transformed into a floral summer space with a special wine menu from Château d’Esclans, home of Whispering Angel.

The drinks menu showcases a range of the best Provence rosé wines from Château d’Esclans, including the eponymous Whispering Angel, and the high energy Rock Angel. For cocktail lovers there’s also rosé based cocktails available including the Taste of Provence; with delicate homemade lavender syrup blending beautifully with the fresh notes of Whispering Angel Rosé, finished off with a touch of soda.

An ideal accompaniment to rosé sipping, The Rooftop’s Europeaninspired summer food menu features small and large plates, sharing platters and desserts. Dishes range from light summery seafood dishes and salads through to classic burgers and original vegan dishes including:

“Stracciatella” Plant BasedGrilled Seabass Fillet –Profiteroles.
