St. Ermin’s Summer Terrace inBloom

The Terrace tucked away in the lush courtyard of the St. Ermin’s Hotel in London’s St James’ Park has been transformed into one of the prettiest al fresco dining and drinking spots in London. A unique London outdoor terrace serving refreshing drinks and light meals in the open air.

A unique and wonderfully tranquil sunny spot, surrounded by greenery in the bustling city of Westminster, The Terrace has been beautifully decorated with seasonal blooms (both real and faux) – providing the perfect backdrop for a sparkling afternoon tea, light meals and sensational summer drinks.

The Terrace menu has been inspired by the hotel’s unique outdoor spaces and features a selection of carefully curated summer tipples – including the exclusive ‘St. Ermin’s London Dry Gin’ cocktails. This specially produced small batch gin has been made with hand-picked botanicals from the thriving rooftop garden and honey direct from the beehives located on the third floor ‘bee terrace’, resulting in a refreshing and uplifting spirit.

Perfect for sharing, snacks such as charcuterie and piquillo peppers can be enjoyed on The Terrace as well as items from the impressive Caxton Bar menu.

Afternoon Tea can also be taken outside (weather permitting) with sparkling Pommery Rosé Brut NV options and a delightful kids menu for little visitors.
