Taking place in The Parlour, a room which draws on tales of Britain’s Victorian explorers, the multi-sensory summer afternoon tea has been inspired by the notes of the historical British perfumers’ luxury fragrance, Sirena.

Sirena is an invigoratingly fresh and floral scent, with a fragrance that opens with a tropical blend of jasmine, marine and bergamot and is punctuated with pink peppercorn.

You can experience these delicate, top notes along with a glass or two of Veuve Clicquot champagne whilst indulging in finger sandwiches such as ‘Smoked salmon, dill, crème fraiche on malted bread’ and ‘Egg truffle mayo and chives on pain de mie’ as well as a shallot and Montgomery cheddar Yorkshire Pudding and Pea and Lardon Quiche.

As well as dining on an assortment of divine cakes and pastries that include ‘Rose and pistachio layered cake’ and ‘Summer berry choux and elderflower mousse’, as well as freshly baked warm scones.
