ORANGE COUNTY LIVING • DECEMBER 2016/JANUARY 2017
he kitchen is the core of today’s home. The size, openness, location, quality, and function of the kitchen has changed significantly since most kitchens in Orange County were built. To bring an older kitchen into current style and standards, dramatic choices often need to be made. How can a homeowner confidently make these decisions? There are so many choices of materials and construction options the choices can be overwhelming. Add in the cost and permanency of the decisions and what should be a fun process quickly turns stressful and daunting. Dramatic advances with 3-D Rendering Technology allows homeowners to see in almost lifelike detail how their kitchen remodel will look when complete, therefore greatly reducing the stress during the project and enhancing satisfaction with the results when the remodel is completed. For the project referenced in the photos, the homeowner had to make several important decisions including whether to remove the wall between the dining room and kitchen. 3-D Rendering helped them to make the decision with confidence. Technology on its own does not provide the benefit. It is a tool that, when in the hands of an experienced and creative kitchen designer, will help the homeowner visualize their future kitchen during the design process. Important parts of the design process such as seeking to understand the homeowner’s use of the kitchen and style preferences are still critical. The 3-D Rendering crystallizes the homeowner’s dreams and the designer’s design into a real image. In order for 3-D Rendering to be effective as a decision making tool, the kitchen designer must curate the best material choices the marketplace has to offer and then have those images readily available to use in the rendering. If the designer has the capability, actual materials such as counter tops, backsplashes, and colors should be integrated into the rendering. Showing the kitchen in context and relationship to the rest of the home and the exterior environment is also very important. When high resolution 3-D Rendering Technology is combined with the skill and creativity of the kitchen designer and the craftsmanship of the contractor the end result is a 100% satisfied homeowner. William Frey Construction is a custom kitchen designer and contractor that uses advanced 3-D Rendering in the design process so that clients have a great vision of their end result before any work begins. NEW INTERIOR DESIGN TRENDS FOR 2017
I
nterior design will see big changes for 2017. Never before have there been so may exciting elements from which to choose. If you are looking for a new look for your home interior, modern, modern, modern is the way to go next year! For the most part, traditional design has seen its day and will not be back for a while. But, for those of you who still like this style, the good news is that traditional materials such as terra cotta tiles are making a comeback! However, these more modern terra cotta tiles will be less rustic and more smooth in nature. You will see them on entire walls, creating warm backdrops for a cozy feel. Look for rusty browns to also emerge. Raw earthy and textural materials are on their way back. The cool and icy look of white and gray marble will begin to phase out and design will lean back towards warmer tones in 2017. The return of cork from the 60’s has been a minor player in recent years, but it will gain in popularity in wall coverings, furnishings, flooring and accents. Color. The brief visit by pastels will be replaced with jewel tones. Deep purples and rich, dark greens are on the forefront. You will see emerald green replacing blues and emerging as one of the strongest colors in 2017. This can be used as a minor color accent with deep impact and will mix well with burnished metals, fur and tan leather. Welcome it as a color that will bring the outdoors inside. Copper and rose gold will disappear, and in their place will come richer burnished golds and darker metals. Steel and its relation to the industrial look

are going to continue to be strong in 2017. On a lighter note, look for Lucite, raw-cut quartz and other natural rocks and geodes to add sparkle and texture. Drapery fabrics will be more sheer with less weight, adding a light and airy look to balance the heavier colors and darker metals. In addition, lighting has exploded and become one of the most daring and interesting pieces in a home. If you need help moving your home in a new direction for 2017, you may contact the interior designers at Obvious Flair at 949-291-0412 and let them guide you through the exciting and multi-faceted world of today’s home design. What is Sleeping Well
WORTH TO YOU?
W
e all know the feeling of suffering through a very long day and wanting nothing more than to sink into that cozy bed waiting for you at home. However, more often than not, things don’t seem to go quite according to plan, and you wake up without the refreshed feeling that your body so desperately needed. People spend one-third of their lives sleeping. The quality of sleep that we get every single night influences how we feel; how alert we are, how much energy we have, and how productive we are throughout the day. Because of this, it’s crucial to be educated in regards to the quality of your mattress, and how it affects your sleep, comfort, and health. There is more to a great mattress set then one might think. Elaborate covers, exotic materials, and initial comfort tend to be the only focal points for the majority of salespeople. Yet, quality of materials, construction, and support are critical to a good night’s sleep and are often aspects that go overlooked while mattress shopping. The time has come for you to finally get the good night’s sleep that you have been waiting for—every single night. Newport Bedding Company has been locally family owned and operated since 1957, locally since 1978, combining old world craftsmanship with advanced manufacturing and sleep system technology to offer customers the highest quality handcrafted mattresses at competitive prices. Each mattress is created with care by master craftsmen, and not mass-produced on assembly lines. Their mattresses are two-sided for better performance, and offer a much longer lifespan than that of a traditional one-sided mattress that is designed to go bad in just a few years. All of Newport Bedding’s mid, high, and ultra-premium mattresses are hand button tufted to maintain their feel and to hold their shape, year after year. They also rest on true box springs that increase support and comfort level, versus a foundation, which is common today. Newport Bedding uses multiple layers of 100% natural, hypoallergenic cotton batting as the filling material on all mid, high, and ultra-pre-
18
mium mattress sets. Cotton is a material that breathes, aiding in the dissipation of body heat during sleep so you have a comfortable rest. Creating a flawless bed is an “arte.” Newport Bedding understands that a successful mattress is fit to the person, rather than forcing the person to fit to a mattress. Because all people have different needs, customization and quality truly are everything. Tom Sceberras has been in the mattress industry his entire life, representing the fourthgeneration of Sceberras master mattress crafters. While people tend to shy away from custom products because they anticipate a substantially higher price, nothing could be further than the truth at Newport Bedding Company. By eliminating the middle man and buying factory direct, customers will find prices often lower than those of luxury mass-produced bedding products. For more information, you can visit the Newport Bedding Factory Showroom at 1526 Newport Blvd. in Costa Mesa, seven days a week. You can also call them at 949646-3991. www.newportbedding.com. Ask them to show you how a good mattress is made. Newport Bedding will show you what the brand name mattress manufacturers don’t want you to know or see.

the Right Mattress
t’s a well-known fact that you spend about a third of every day in bed. Yet, if that time is used for restless tossing and turning, one thing is clear: your overall health will suffer. Studies by The National Institutes of Health (NIH) show that people who sleep well enjoy multiple benefits. They manage stress better and have more energy. They also minimize their risks of catching colds and even more serious diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Your mattress plays a big part. Chiropractors encourage people to buy a mattress that adapts to your spine’s natural curve while distributing pressure uniformly along the body. Adjustable beds can be a good choice for those who share a bed, or if you need to sleep with your head raised for any breathing concerns. A good mattress also regulates body temperature accurately. Why is this important? When sleeping on a mattress that is in poor condition, your body’s temperature will rise, which generates sweat. Your heart rate and blood pressure will correspondingly surge, and consequently, your breathing will become irregular, which often disturbs sleep. Since each person is different, there isn’t one kind of mattress that will fit every person’s concerns. It is important to consult with a sleep professional when deciding upon a mattress. They can assess your sleeping position to best recommend a mattress that is customized exactly to you.

What to Know BEFORE REMODELING
R
enovating your kitchen and upgrading your bathroom gives your home a fresh new look, often increasing functionality, while adding to the value of your home. However, the process of choosing a remodeling company can be tiresome and stressful. With so many options available, where do you start and whom should you call? Selecting the right company can make a huge difference in the projects’ success. You want a company that will leave you with a peace of mind throughout the entire process, not to mention an end result that you are completely happy with. Here are some things to consider before tackling that kitchen or bathroom remodeling project. Local stability: A showroom and local manufacturing plant where you can view examples of their work and get the latest trends and products that are available on the market. Experienced designers: Make sure to ask questions such as, does the company have flexibility in the products they offer, and how is the project managed throughout the remodel. Licensing: Is the company licensed with the right classification for your scope of work? How long has the company been in business? Cabinet Finish: Catalyzed conversion varnish is the most durable finish available today. Finishing should never be done in the customer’s home, or in the person’s garage, so ask to see the finishing equipment and test the durability of the finish in the manufacturer’s showroom. Removing and replacing the cabinets with newly designed and manufactured custom cabinets does have its advantages, like allowing you to redesign the layout or create new interiors with adjustable shelving. Refacing existing cabinets, which means replacing the doors and drawer fronts, replacing the hinges and the molding, and covering the existing frames, is often a viable and cost efficient option. The process could include adding new drawers, slides and pullouts in the lower cabinets, and often being able to adjust some cabinets to accommodate new appliances. A combination of Refacing and Replacing offers savings while dramatically improving the look and feel of the room. The right approach to bathroom remodeling can turn a worn-out old room into a bright, spacious retreat. Custom-made bathroom vanities, cabinet replacing or refacing, granite countertops, and new tubs, showers, toilets and sinks are just some of the ways to reinvent this area of your home. Experienced designers will listen to your needs, know what questions to ask to help clarify your thoughts, and be familiar with the latest products available. They should also be comfortable working with older products that the homeowner might want to bring into the remodel. Always remember—the designer must keep in mind that everyone is different and that kitchens satisfy various needs and uses. The designer must be versatile and innovative in

planning in order to accommodate your lifestyles and your budget. Reborn Cabinets has met all of the above criteria for more than 30 years. Founded in 1983, Reborn Cabinets won the prestige Remodeler of the Year award by Professional Remodeler. Located at 2981 East La Palma Ave. in Anaheim, the company features a 40,000-squarefoot, well-equipped manufacturing and showroom/ design center with numerous displays and examples to enjoy—you can even take a tour or ask about their informative seminars given approximately every 6 weeks. O
ne of the most important systems in your home is your HVAC system. It allows you to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter and provides air circulation and ventilation throughout your home. While this system is largely out of sight and out of mind, it is essential to hire a company to complete air duct cleaning on an annual basis. There are several air duct cleaning benefits that you may not have stopped to consider. However, once your HVAC duct system stops working efficiently, you will very quickly begin to realize just how essential this component is to your comfort, health, and even your safety. Allergies, Asthma and Respiratory Problems. When homeowners don’t routinely complete air duct cleaning through a professional service, individuals in the home with any type of respiratory health issues often pay a very

big price. This can include more frequent and severe asthma attacks, increased allergic reactions for those that are sensitive to dust, mold and mildew, and increased illness. By cleaning your ductwork annually dust, mold spores, allergens and contaminants that collect in the ducts are efficiently and effectively removed. Energy Efficiency Boost. When a system is clean and free from dust, debris, and build-up, the airflow is going to be more consistent. This will help heat and cool your home quickly, which means a decrease in energy required to keep the temperature just right. Removing Odors. Even in a very clean and well-maintained home, the inside of your ducts collect dirt, contaminants from the air, spores and pollen and even mildew, mold and bacteria. Over time this can also create odors as the organic material collects in your system. Routine air duct cleaning removes all these contaminants, and also removes related odors. This leaves your home smelling clean and fresh while promoting energy efficiency and good respiratory health. For more information, you can call Nick's Dryer Vent Cleaning at 949-245-0495 or visit www.oceansideairductcleaning.com to schedule a cleaning.

Beautiful Woodwork

here’s an alternative to replacing your wood cabinets or floors. People often put off refinishing their cabinets or wood floors because of the inconvenience, dust, noxious odor, consumed time, and budget. Over time, dirt build up, wear and tear, scratches and age-discolored finishes can make wood look flat and lifeless. Replacing cabinets or refacing (putting on new doors) requires new wood to make their products. Traditionally, once wood floors, cabinets or other woodwork in the home reached the point where it looked terrible, the options were limited. The good news is that with the products and methods available today, restoring the beauty of wood has never been simpler or more cost effective. By improving the look of your existing cabinets, you will save time and money. Technicians experienced with this process and methods of renewing wood finishes can produce like-new luster to your wood cabinets, floors and trim without the waste, mess and harsh odors from chemicals or expense of traditional sanding and refinishing. This can be done in only days not weeks. Here’s how it works: A thorough cleaning is critical for great results, so the first step is to clean the wood surface of any dirt, grease and grime out of the pores. Any repairs needed are also made at this time including gaps, holes, splintered wood, etc. Once the wood surface has been cleaned and repaired, it is sealed and the new water-based finish is then applied. The newer water-based finishes available today have been proven to be as
36

After
strong and long-lasting as traditional oil-based finishes, but do not have the harsh chemical fumes or yellowing tendencies. It’s non-toxic and odorless. Additionally, pigments and dyes can be added to the new finish so that the technician can achieve virtually any color desired. Say you have maple cabinets and would like a slightly darker stained wood, the new finish can be custom dyed to your color preference and then professionally applied. Do you want a color change for your cabinets? The same cleaning and repair process is used and a stain or opaque finish is applied with a sprayer for a seamless, streak-free finish. The change can be as subdued or dramatic as you wish. Don’t replace your wood cabinets or floors—all you have to do is “N-Hance” them. N-Hance also does banisters, doors, fireplace mantels, windowsills, bamboo, cork, engineered veneer, hand-scraped and distressed wood floors, and much more. For more information about having your cabinets, floors or other woodwork in your home refinished, you can call N-Hance Wood Renewal at (714) 907-1917. You can also visit www.nhance.com

Elements of a Quality Landscape
Attention to
Detail
T
here are many contractors doing adequate work on landscape jobs, but for a truly satisfying and long-term quality job, there are a few issues that need to be addressed. There is considerably more to a custom landscape job than just installing what is shown on the plan. You must consider several things in order to ensure your enjoyment after your landscape project is completed. To be sure your project goes smoothly you should first choose a qualified, properly licensed contractor. Request and check out numerous references. Ask past clients if they were satisfied with all aspects of the project. Did they design a project that accomplished their goals and fit into their budget? Did the contract documents make it clear as to what was included, when the start date was, and what the payment schedule would be? Find out how the communication was during the project. Were you informed of job site changes? Did the contractor try to educate you during the whole process so you would understand the elements that went into your project? Once the plans and contract documents are complete and the job starts, it is imperative that your contractor is doing those extra things that are hidden underground. There are many underground items that could cause one company to charge more for a job than another. Those upgraded items are well worth the
40
additional investment and will help maintain the long-term quality of your project. Things like using thick wall ABS or PVC drain lines and fittings instead of less expensive, flexible polystyrene. The use of professional standard irrigation parts, pipe, and fittings is highly recommended instead of home improvement center materials. What kind of footings and sub grade preparation was installed under the masonry and concrete? Do the concrete slabs have 3/8” reinforcing steel at 18” O. C. in each direction with a 2” sand base and thickened edges to prevent water from getting under the slabs? Has the sub base been properly moistened to expand the soil? Doing all the above items will help produce stronger masonry and concrete with less chance of cracking. Attention to detail also extends to those items that show, such as concrete finishes, masonry with uniform joints, and neat, proper caulking and painting of woodwork, as well as proper finished grading and final clean-up on the job. Are the plants faced in the right direction? Are the vines properly tied and spread out on the walls? Are the trees staked
ORANGE COUNTY LIVING • DECEMBER 2016/JANUARY 2017
properly? Does the job have that neat finished appearance? If you make your buying decision on price alone, you could very well be sacrificing some very important consideration that will affect the quality and long-term viability of your project. It is very important to have this attention to detail put into your project from the beginning because it is very difficult to rectify some of those problems later. One company that has been producing award-winning projects with attention to detail since 1981 is Richard Cohen Landscape and Construction, Inc. For more information, you can call (949) 768-0599. This eliminates having to work with a variety of contractors. While creating the perfect backyard can mean different things to different people, there are many components that can go into building the ultimate backyard.

Pavers. Your outdoor living spaces serve much the same purpose as carpeting or hard flooring inside your home. Pavers add texture and color to your yard, giving it a finishing touch that creates a beautiful surface, enhancing the beauty of your outdoor living space. Pavers can be used in front or backyards for entryways, driveways, pool decks or the whole patio. Artificial Turf. If your lawn is constantly muddy because of poor drainage or is being overtaken by weeds, or worn out from the children playing, artificial turf is a great solution. A green, healthy lawn is not easy to keep up. With artificial turf, you do not need to mow, water or pull weeds! These kid and pet-friendly turfs are available in dozens of varieties to choose from so you can select the look and feel that most suits your vision and desire. For the golf enthusiast in the family, you can also include a putting green. Outdoor Kitchens. Whether you’re having a summer gathering with friends and family, grilling burgers or just enjoying a quiet fall evening making cocktails and cooking steaks, an outdoor kitchen is the perfect addition to your ultimate backyard. No more lugging food and drinks from the indoor kitchen – everything is right at your fingertips. Outdoor kitchens can include everything from built-in grills and stovetop burners to refrigerators, pizza ovens, and outdoor sinks to fit your lifestyle. Fire and Water. The ancient Greeks believed the world was made of four basic elements: earth, air, fire and water. Although today, it’s more complicated than that. However, when it comes to backyard design, the Greeks had it right. You already have earth and air, now fire and water bring it all together. The sound of crackling flames in a built-in fire pit as you sip your glass of wine after a long day at work can be very relaxing. Fire can also be incorporated by using a contemporary fire bowl or a Mediterranean chimney. Integrating the soothing sounds of water to this atmosphere can create the total ambiance in your yard. A sparkling pool, spa or water feature such as a freestanding fountain, wall-mounted fountain or a waterfall can create the perfect addition to your ultimate backyard. Smile with Confidence and for Success!
T
oday in our appearance-driven society, particularly here in Southern California, it has become more important for men and women to present themselves in an attractive manner. It is a common belief that people who are more attractive obtain success in their personal and professional lives easier and more often then those who are less attractive. Attractiveness is comprised of both physical and psychological factors. The psychological aspect is when one feels happy and self-confident about their appearance or feels secure and confident about the way others perceive their appearance. The physical factors include body shape, hair, eyes, mouth, dress, and personal hygiene. Over the last few decades studies have been performed to determine which of these factors are deemed most important when determining physical attractiveness. The conclusion was that the number one factor is the lips and teeth. With this being said, it is logical to assume that creating an attractive smile would be one of the most important priorities for those desiring to improve their physical attractiveness. There is a specific protocol that should be carried out by the patient and dentist before actually engaging in a smile makeover. This includes a detailed consultation, computer

3) Tooth-colored fillings: Natural tooth-colored fillings can be placed in teeth that have decayed or they can replace teeth that have had previously placed, unsightly metal-colored fillings. 4) Tooth whitening: The application of a bleaching solution to the teeth, performed either in the dental office or at home, which will remove yellow and brown stains, resulting in a whiter and brighter smile. There are also other cosmetic procedures that your dentist should discuss as possible treatment options, such as orthodontics and periodontal (gum) therapy as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. As with plastic surgery, anyone desiring cosmetic dentistry should seek out a well-trained and experienced practitioner before committing to any cosmetic therapy. This can be done by obtaining referrals from patients who have had successful smile makeovers or by going to the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry website at www.aacd.com to find a dentist who focuses primarily on cosmetic dentistry. For more information on choosing a cosmetic dentist or for any other dental cosmetic procedures, you can contact Dr. Jack Ringer, DDS at 714-974-0313 or visit www.dentalcosmetics.com. imaging, diagnostic wax-up, and a proposed smile design all to determine precisely what the patient desires along with an explanation of all the dental options available to create the desired look. With many new material, techniques, and treatments available today, patients are able to attain a long-term beautiful, metal-free, and biologically healthy smile. Examples of these therapies include: 1) All ceramic restorations: Crowns (caps), bridges and veneers can be fabricated utilizing modern ceramics to create one’s desired appearance while still maintaining the After Therapy(Using implant/crown & Veneers) strength required for function and longevity. The majority of these restorations can be designed virtually, manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM technology and allows the dentist to preserve more of the patient’s natural tooth structure—all while being metal free 2) Implant therapy: Today the treatment of choice when replacing a missing tooth/teeth is the placement of implants with the desired restoration attached to the implant. When designed, planned and placed correctly, implant/restorative therapy can result in an extremely natural result and normal Before Therapy function that can last for decades!

Reshape Your Body in 20 Minutes! By John Colman
When Diane Rand reached age 50, she got concerned that her weight was slowly creeping higher and her clothes were feeling too tight. As a practicing physician in San Diego, she knew the diagnosis. “Your muscles atrophy as you age, and this slows down the metabolism,” says Rand. “I knew it would keep getting worse if I didn’t correct it.” The antidote? Effective weight training. But, she’d never lifted weights before. Plus, her fulltime job as a physician as well as her family life left little time in her schedule for exercise. Fortunately, Diane read an article about “slow-motion” strength training, a revolutionary new exercise method promising a firmer, stronger, more shapely body from just two 20-minute training sessions per week. Even though the time efficiency and results sounded almost too good to be true, she decided to enroll with a personal trainer at The Perfect Workout, a local company with dozens of private fitness studios specializing in this unique approach. Right away she noticed immediate increases in her muscle tone and energy. After several months she’d also dropped one to two clothing sizes and was fitting into clothes which used to be too small. “My trainer pushes me in a safe way, and I walk away feeling great after each session,” says Diane. “This is the wave of the future.”
Lean Muscles—The Key To Reshaping Your Body The Perfect Workout’s trainers encourage clients to build lean muscle tissue, which increases the body’s metabolism, burning extra calories even while you’re sleeping. Many people—especially women—have a fear of “bulking up” like a

bodybuilder if they were to start strength training. In reality, if you’re older than 25, it’s much more likely that too little muscle is the problem rather than too much muscle. In their book Biomarkers: The 10 Keys to Prolonging Vitality , William Evans, Ph.D., and Irwin Rosenberg, M.D., show the research demonstrating that adults who don’t strength train lose an average of a half pound of lean muscle tissue each year starting at age 25. As an example, a typical 55-year-old woman will have 15 pounds less lean muscle (and significantly more fat) than what she had at age 25. Muscle takes up less space than fat, so this typical

55-year-old woman has arms and thighs that are softer and less firm, wears a larger clothing size, and has a slower metabolism that burns fewer calories each day. Effective strength training changes all of this. It increases your body’s metabolism, causing you to burn more fat and calories all day long. Strength training reshapes and tones your legs and arms. And since muscle takes up 20% less space than fat, adding muscle and losing fat will make your body firmer, smaller, and more shapely. A fit 140-pound person can wear clothes several sizes smaller than an out of shape 140-pound person. ORANGECOUNTYLIVINGMAGAZINE.COM
healthbeautyfitness How Can Slow-Motion Strength Training Work So Quickly? Slow-motion strength training involves brief and demanding workouts to get great results. The basic concept? Lift relatively heavy weights excruciatingly slowly (10 seconds to lift, another 10 seconds to lower) for as many repetitions as you can until you’re unable to move the weights anymore. And when you learn to challenge your muscles as deeply as a skilled trainer can teach, it’s impossible to workout much longer than 20 minutes, even if you try. Dr. Philip Alexander, physician and faculty member at Texas A&M University’s College of Medicine, explains that it’s the intensity of exercise that stimulates greatest changes. “A slower repetition loads the muscles more effectively and efficiently. It’s harder!” exclaims Alexander. “That’s why it stimulates such a great total response from the body.” Dr. Alexander has tracked hundreds of subjects using slow-motion strength training, noting significant improvements in muscular strength, HDL cholesterol profiles, bone density, and glucose tolerance. Other research adds more supporting data. Two separate studies by Wayne Westcott, Ph.D., and one study by Ellington Darden, Ph.D., demonstrate that slow-motion strength training produces 50% to 59% faster improvements than regular weight training. And because the repetitions are harder, each training session must be limited to 20 minutes—making this exercise method quite time efficient.
In 3 months Justin Brunette dropped 4 inches from his waist and lowered his body fat percentage by 6.4% with effective nutrition and weekly 20-minute training sessions at The Perfect Workout.
Joyce Reclaims Her Youthful Figure 54-year-old Joyce Magnuson had always been slim and slender when she was younger. But in her mid 40s, life’s stresses caught up with her and she began gaining weight. “During the next few years, I kept getting heavier, until I was thoroughly broken and disgusted with myself,” says Joyce. Fortunately, she happened to read an article about slow-motion strength training and how it would reshape her body with just two 20-minute training sessions per week. The effectiveness of the method made sense to Joyce, and she decided to enroll with a personal trainer at The Perfect Workout. ORANGECOUNTYLIVINGMAGAZINE.COM
In 3 months Laura Retana Shelp lost 23.4 pounds and 10 inches off her waist with improved nutrition and two 20-minute training sessions a week at The Perfect Workout. After five months of combining an effective nutrition plan with two 20minute training sessions each week, not only had she gotten stronger, she’d lost 43 pounds and dropped from a size 16 to a size 10. She was also able to get completely off the blood pressure medications that she’d previously needed to take. She adds, “The perk is looking good in the current styles. Even Macy’s keeps me motivated to stay fit!”
