As to be expected from the name, Mambo offers an extensive list of empanadas, including funkier varieties like Bacon Cheeseburger, Philly Cheesesteak and Mac and Cheese in addition to your classic Pastelon and Garlic Shrimp fillings. Empanadas aside, this menu is packed with all your favorites cooked to perfection, from Ceviches to Mofongos to Peruvian and Cuban-style wok dishes. Entrees are more than generous in size, and you can’t beat the prices for food this high-quality.
