how it works
adam garbutt
how it works: as with the likes of subway and trinity kitchen, you would queue after reading the menu to order the items/ or take a prepackaged meal you would like, for either eating in or for takeout.
order:
for:
sub/ burrito/ salad/ soup
eat in
for takeout you would recieve the items in a bag, with the sandwich/sub etc. wrapped if they were to be ordered to be made, while if you were to eat in, It would be left open and be placed into a tray for you to take to a table.
drink/ (coffee/ tea/ smoothie)
or
takeout

brand & identity
adam garbutt
brand & identity: for this brief i decided to focus on print. the concept behind the logo is that you don’t see both sides of full stop at the same time. you see the start and the end, then the start again. just as you would when you read a sentence.
#E95652
#10AC67
#2C292A
#FFFFFF
quicksand bold quicksand book
i wanted to bring this across within the logo using the resemble of a stop sign for stop. while using go for full. this idea is then carried throughout into things such as patterns and other related collateral, (left) replacing words with food.

inspiration
adam garbutt
concept & inspirations: my concept is a fast food restraunt and takeout that serves food to fill, prepackaged and freshly made. (low gi food) the restraunts that inspired me (left), did so because of the feeling of being satisifingly full. pret a manger however prepackages it’s food unlike subway and trinity kitchen.
location & audience: for my concept, i’d like to place it direct in the center of leeds (where the pictured pret is placed if a franchise of it was to be created for real. this is to get the main target audience of people who may be possibly in work, and want to have their fill for the rest of the day so they don’t have to be tempted by snacks.

final products
adam garbutt
final products & packaging: the packaging and products follows through with the identity, having the logo split into seperate sides. stickers are used here to get the idea across due to being unable to do the proper processes but what’s shown is still getting the same message over. tracing paper is used to create the would be greaseproof paper wrap for the burrito and in the packaging for the sub. screen-printed napkins come complimentary with the meals as shown. the receipt is printed onto plain office paper to get across the authentic look of the low quality paper used for receipts typically.

print proposals
adam garbutt
print proposals: uniform: for the uniform the clerks would wear both a apron and a green polo shirt, which has stop on the back. Full on the front of the apron to carry on the fullstop concept. delievery van: on the restaurant’s delievery van to advertise I’d want full and stop on either side, along with the website on the door. So even if people where unfimilar with the brand you’d understand it’s supposed to be full stop from the website. exterior: on the exterior there’d be a full-stop sign, following the identity of it been on seperate side. The window graphics display the type of foods that are on offer inside.

website proposal
adam garbutt
website proposal: the website’s function would be to advertise the restaurant more then anything else due to the nature of the shop it’s self. (hand made sandwiches etc). to do this there’s a menu you can find to see what they of sandwiches/burritos etc there is available.

mobile website proposal
adam garbutt
mobile website proposal: the mobile website is a simplified version of the inital website broken down to fit the format of a smart phone. however instead of the navigation bar there’s a menu bar to bring up navigation, simply because it’s easier this way to click the page you want instead of small nav bar buttons.
