It is no longer enough to encourage wider participation of non-traditional students in higher education. The Office for Students has a firmly stated priority of ensuring that universities concentrate on enabling successful progression and high quality outcomes for such students. It’s not just about ‘getting in’, but ‘staying in’ and ‘getting on’.
This year’s conference will focus on how AGCAS members are playing an innovative role in addressing the challenge of ‘staying in’ and ‘getting on’, whilst under increasing pressure to demonstrate impact and value for money.
