Pass the ham please!
For this beautiful, oven cooked, glazed, Christmas dinner ham, you will need scrap clay, any color, yellow clay, red clay, a toothpick, green clay, brown and tan paint, and clay glaze or mod-podge. First, shape your ham out of scrap clay by forming a lump that resembles a loaf of bread cut two grooves halfway in at the end, and peel to reveal inside. cut out circles of yellow clay, press small balls of red clay in the middle, and endhe with toothpick marks. use a toothbrucs to texture a snake of green clay the wraps around the entire piece. Bake according to directions, paint outside brown, inside tan, glaze, and you're done!

A Donut a Day These donuts are perfect for Christmas breakfast, and they're a tasty treat for yourself too!
*ask an adults permission before doing this craft* for the donuts, melt chocolate or white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. If you want colored frosting, add food coloring to white chocolate after melted. Then, dip cheerios in frosting, and next in bowl of sprinkles. If middle becomes clogged, poke with a toothpick. For a powdered donut, put powdered sugar in ziploc and toss cheerios around for five seconds. Let donuts set for about 20 minutes. For the box, paint the top of a mint container pink, and set donuts inside. We made a dozen. Serve with a doll sized glass of milk, and enjoy!

For doll cookies, make balls of tan clay, and press the eraser of a pencil into the middle. Bake according to clay package. Let cool. Cut off the tip of a Ziploc bag, and fill with clear glue mixed with red food coloring. Pour in indentations. let dry for several days, and you're done!
Recipe for: Jam Thumbprint Cookies Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lining two cookie pans with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. In another bowl, whip 3/4 cup of unsalted butter and 2/3 cup of sugar with a hand-mixer until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Mix in 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until just combined. Slowly beat in the dry ingredients from the other bowl. With an ice-cream scooper, scoop the balls, roll in a bowl of sugar, and place onto your cookie sheets.
Press a thumbprint into each ball,
about a half inch deep. Get a small ziploc bag and cut the tip off. Fill with jam and pour into indentations. Bake cookies until edges are golden, about 15 minutes. Cool on baking sheets and enjoy!

For doll sized cookies, make small balls of tan clay. Set aside. Shape even smaller balls of brown clay into pieces about the same as chocolate chips. press firmly into tan clay. Bake, glaze, and you're done!

NOTE: If dough is too sticky, refrigerate 1/2 hour or until easy to handle. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie. Elf
Costume
For
Your
Doll
To give your doll an adorable elf costume, you need to start with a base outfit. We recommend a red or green dress, or shirt and skirt. For the shoes, we used the shoes from Maryellen's Pajama's, since they are a pretty lime green. For the hair, Molly is in two high buns, but you can also do pigtails, a triple ponytail, or two braids. For the neck piece, cut a sheet of green or red felt in half. Cut out a semi circle. Cut out a piece that can fit in the neck. Cut out triangles and fit onto the neck!
24
Dolly Christmas Cards
For a simple Christmas card, combine your dolls that are best friends in a pretty picture, give a cool effect, add bokeh, and state your greeting!
For an adorable individual shot, we placed a doll in front of some lights, added small bokeh dots, edited with sepia, and wished a Merry Christmas!
