Main Street also has new life with businesses such as Someday Café and long-term staples like Alliance Communications. In addition, great home sites are available in established neighborhoods such as Baltic Heights and Valley View, as well as in new developments near the high school.

These fundamentals include regional connectivity; vibrant education programs and facilities; strong transportation infrastructure; advanced health care access; adequate child care; recreation, arts and culture; and safety.
Fortunately, the city of Baltic has assets in place to meet all of those challenges and opportunities.
