Due to their good mechanical properties and high core elasticity module, MONOPLY belts may work in medium and heavy-duty operating conditions. They are recommended for use in conveyors characterised by a high output concentration as well as in reversible conveyors with great number of cycles and conveyors with large inclination angle.

PVC belts are designed on the basis of thermoplastic composites. Belt structure is made of a uniformly woven fabric or in the MULTIPLY version (2 – 4 layers) and finished off with the application of a unique impregnation technology. Belt core is protected by linings designed on the basis of thermoplastic fire resistant, antistatic and anti-adhesive materials. PVC belts might work on conveyors with medium inclination angles and where moist and aggressive material might make lining cleaning difficult. Moreover, MONOPLY belts are recommended for work on conveyors of small drum diameters (especially drive drums) as well as on reversible conveyors with a high number of cycles.
