In 1989 Nikolay Belkov, designer, member of Artist Union, the creator of icons system, officially registered and used during Olympic Games 1980 in Moscow, founded a creative workshop «AGR». At that time professional team of his associates began a long journey on newly-born ad-market of the USSR and gained a great experience and advantages. In 2000 the experience and innovations introduced by “ARG” was took up by a new design-studio “ABC” which has borrowed from its predecessor the best of classical design school and creativity in dealing with clients requests.

In January 2004 on the base of former 2 businesses the present organization – “Business Communications Agency 4D” or shortly “4D PR” was founded. The need for transformation to a new business unit was demanded by a rapidly changing business environment, appearance of the new markets and working practices. Agency 4D extended its services by introducing new departments: Web, BTL, PR.



We are anxious to succeed in different fields – equally with business prosperity, we see high importance in the profit that we bring to our client and to the society on the whole, and in satisfaction that a properly managed work must bring. In this respect we designed our own rules.

XII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 6-8 JUNE 2008, ST. PETERSBURG As the most important event in St. Petersburg’s business life, every year St. Petersburg International Economic Forum gathers together the most powerful politics and businessmen from all over the world. In 2008 Forum organizational board asked Business Communications Agency 4D to take up staff recruitment. In the shortest possible time Agency 4D formulated a working plan, established contacts with leading universities of St. Petersburg, organized castings and special trainings and then allocated more then 600 people among the forum objects and supervised local organization. Also Agency 4D managed all documentation and payments procedures for the attendants. As a result of all work managed, Agency 4D received several gratitude letters and a similar request for the next year, but with enlarged set of responsibilities. http://forumspb.com/eng/


Global Energy International Energy Prize Global Energy International Prize is a unique award intended to assist international cooperation in solving the most important actual problems in the field of power generation. Awarding ceremony traditionally takes part during St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and engages representatives of the leading energy companies. Prize is bestowed by the President of Russian Federation. For more than 6 years Agency 4D is an official partner of “Global Energy” prize in St. Petersburg. Annually, 4D is in charge of organization of the solemn awarding ceremony and other events for prizewinners, partners and participants.

St. Petersburg balls

St. Petersburg balls – is a unique charitable foundation striving to restore old traditions of patronship among the contemporary Russian business-elite. Business Communications Agency 4D was an official organizer of all St. Petersburg Ball’s events in the years 2004-2006. During these years the following activities was accomplished: writing concepts and scenarios for the events, choosing venues, entertainment programs management, logistics, fundraising, signing agreements with charitable foundations, compiling guests lists, design and production of various promotional materials, invitations, PR-support of all events, organizing pressconferences and briefings, media buying.


Eat & Joy St. Petersburg 2007 Eat&Joy Festival is a unique international event started up in Helsinki, Finland to promote local HoReCa facilities and innovations in design, fashion, music and F&B. In recent years Eat&Joy Festival was also held in other European cities: Tallin, Berlin, Paris and still continues further expansion.. In September 2007 on behalf of Uni One Co. (Finland) Agency 4D took all the organizational tools and carried out this interesting and important event for the city of St. Petersburg. Within preparation of this event the following activities were managed: fundraising, establishing contacts and signings treaties with the best restaurants and hotels, managing accommodation and transfers, visa support services, press-tour logistics, managing cultural program, gala-event organization, PR-support, compilation, design and production of the first bi-lingual restaurants guide “Eat&Joy St. Petersburg 2007”. www.eatandjoy.com


TRUD TRUD – is one of the biggest Russian producers of working wear and special uniform. Since 2006 TRUD regularly entrusts Agency 4D a wide range of strategically important functions and tasks, like: Developing a market enter strategy for a new brand; Creating concept and realizing a federal advertising campaign on a turnkey basis Design, compilation and production of catalogues, brand books, business gifts, promotional materials Writing scenarios and filming a set of corporate movies and reports Creation an exterior and interior of the retail stores Handling different trade shows and presentations


TRUD Running-up a participation of the company TRUD in international exhibitions “Security and safety of work” in the years 2006 and 2007, in Moscow. Preparations included: Concept creation, Design and production of the exhibition stands and concomitant promotional materials, Pr-support, Trade shows organization, Logistics (St. Petersburg-Moscow-St. Petersburg) etc.


Martini promo-parties Martini – is officially the most popular alcoholic brand in Russia In 2008 Business Communications Agency 4D organized a set of Martini – terrazzas openings in the most fancy restaurants of St. Petersburg: “Ginza”, “Moskva”, “terrassa”, “More.Yachts&Seafood” and also “Martini with ice” party in “Ginza” in February 2008. Agency 4D managed: - Concept and idea of events - Design of branding concepts and decorations of venues; production, installation - Design, production and emission of invitations. Compilation of V.I.P-list and celebrity-management - Pr-support and Media buying.
