ABOUT IFY Ifeanyi ‘Ify’ Daniels-A is the founder and owner of 3volution group, a one-stop real estate services shop that handles: land development (residential and commercial real estate development), construction, and property management, etc. Prior to real estate, Ify acquired a Master’s in Business Administration, and worked extensively in multi-national companies in management roles in companies specializing in Telecommunication and Customer Relationship/ Account Management. These experiences, although not in the real estate industry, instilled in him the recognition and value for the client’s place and expectation above all else. In 2015, following unsuccessful attempts at securing personal properties, and a few months studying the real estate space, Ify discovered a niche in the industry after which, 3volution was born. One objective, ever since, has been to ensure that clients do not face the same frustrations that he confronted and that intending building owners tend to continue to experience today. Ify attributes his success, not only to his passion for homes and building (in general), but also to his insight and instinct regarding buying and selling. The business has grown consistently and has established a track record for delivering unparalleled results due to the above, as well as his respect for clients, and their referral to family, friends and neighbours. Ify is married to Chika, a Professor of Social Housing Policy, and the manager of all the other family businesses including their Shipping & Logistics franchise, together with whom, he started 3volution.
