AREA PROFILE
ABOUT ELBOYA the community to the northeast section and is very similar to its neighbour to the west, Britannia. Both these communities are separated by Elbow Dr with Elboya being the more recreational district, filled with many parks, playgrounds, community centres, river activities and great outdoor recreational facilities. Properties in Elboya are a good mix of single family estate homes with some multi-family options close to Macleod Trail. Redevelopment is constant in the area with infills sprouting up frequently due to t he high demand and desire to live close to the core in an affluent community with great outdoor amenities. The area has great attractions and amenities with a variety of choices that can be accessed on Macleod Trail.
