We pay special attention to the quality of work done to ensure the work is done well the first time. Melcom Homes is currently working on a 73 units condominium projects comprising of 3 bedroom town homes, 2 bedroom and 1-bedroom condos scheduled to commence in the summer of 2021. This will be located in the prime area of Sage Hill, NW Calgary.

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS- RETAIL

Melcom Homes (operating as Melcom Group Ltd) has entered the commercial development space with its maiden project- MELCOM PLAZA. This will be a 41,000SF commercial development sitting on 2.09 acres in the promising community of Nolan Hill. The design is proposed with a combination of 2 building blocks, building A is with partial 2 storey and building B with full 2 storey structure. Building A will consist of a Fitness/Gym & Liquor store and rest will be Commercial Retail units. 2nd floor will consist of offices. Building B will consist of Melcom Homes offices on the 2nd floor and the main floor will consist of their showroom for sales of Homes/Development projects.
