A B O UT K E VIN K IN N EY I was born and raised in Reno. After graduating from UNR, I left to attend law school in Michigan. After graduating law school, I practiced law in Oregon. I have been a licensed lawyer in Oregon for 25 years. I built and ran several successful law firms focusing on family law and litigation. I was also a Municipal Court Judge one day a week for twelve years. Toward the end of my legal career, I explored other occupations that would be more fulfilling to me. I chose real estate. I returned home to Reno and became a brokersalesperson. The concept of both sides “winning” in a real estate transaction seemed novel to me. I enjoy the opportunities to work with both buyers and sellers to create positive outcomes on the buy and sale side. My unique skillset and legal acumen provide me with unparalleled skills in all levels of negotiations. I understand what it means to have a client trust my skills, and I strive each day to exceed those expectations. My analytical skills and ability to think quickly on my feet are an asset to each client. When I am not working as a Realtor, you can find me traveling the world, at the yoga studio, in the kitchen cooking for Robin, or collecting wine (I am still partial to my Oregon Pinot Noirs but love a good California Cabernet as well).

Sellers enjoy working with the ShowingTime Appointment Center because it makes it easy for their home to be shown and it provides them with quick, accurate agent feedback after each showing. WHO IS THE SHOWINGTIME APPOINTMENT CENTER? The ShowingTime Appointment Center is a showing management and feedback service which provides your agent and other agents in the area a single place to call to make appointment requests for your home. Highly trained professional and knowledgeable staff are available daily to schedule showings for your home 24/7! You also are welcome to call ShowingTime at anytime. Unless it is an urgent showing, ShowingTime will only contact owners/occupants between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00pm. The Appointment Center is open 7 days a week and on all major holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas) so agents won’t have any trouble scheduling a time to bring buyers to see your home. AS A SELLER, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? Your agent and the ShowingTime Appointment Center will take care of bringing buyers to your home … all you need to do is prepare your home for showings. WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN A SHOWING IS SCHEDULED? Yes, you can receive emails, phone calls and/or text messages if you’d like. Appointments fall into three categories: 1. Go & Show – for listings where no appointment is required and the showing request can be immediately confirmed upon request. 2. Courtesy Call – an appointment is automatically approved, but a call is made to notify the owner/occupant. 3. Appointment Required – a confirmation must be obtained from the seller, tenant and/or listing agent before the showing may occur. In each case, you may still elect to receive notifications.
