ABOUT 3VOLUTION 2
O UR CO M PANY
You love a good story, right? Well, here’s ours. Following a year of seeking out a homebuilder with a full range of services from financing through to possession and being unsuccessful, 3H was founded in 2015 in Calgary, Alberta in response to this gap in the industry. 3H thus became a builder that cares and caters to every detail along the housing development chain. At 3H, we acknowledge that personalization is the way to go with building, homes or otherwise. This is why we let you (the client) flex your muscles and take the driver’s seat. As you work hand-in-hand with us, you will have the opportunity to put in the touches, style and tastes you want, at your price point and life stage. We work personally with each client from land acquisition, architectural plan development, interior and exterior design coordination, project scheduling and management. Personalization is what has set us apart – NO cookie-cutter homes here! At 3H, we recognize that buying a new home or investing in having a building constructed is one of the most important and expensive purchases you will ever make. It follows that you would want to select a builder you can trust. Let your choice be us. We believe that we have discovered the prime way to do things, and that is to focus first on the people who come to us, the product we provide, ensuring that the process is seamless and problem-free, and that at the end of our business relationship, the result is profitable to both parties. Here at 3H, we are a custom home builder that delivers unrivalled, life-transforming, and creative ideas, that are anything but customary!
ABOUT SADDLE RIDGE OUR VIS IO N Saddleridge is a quiet community located in the Northeast quadrant of the city.
