ABOUT 3VOLUTION 2

O UR CO M PANY

You love a good story, right? Well, here’s ours. Following a year of seeking out a homebuilder with a full range of services from financing through to possession and being unsuccessful, 3H was founded in 2015 in Calgary, Alberta in response to this gap in the industry. 3H thus became a builder that cares and caters to every detail along the housing development chain. At 3H, we acknowledge that personalization is the way to go with building, homes or otherwise. This is why we let you (the client) flex your muscles and take the driver’s seat. As you work hand-in-hand with us, you will have the opportunity to put in the touches, style and tastes you want, at your price point and life stage. We work personally with each client from land acquisition, architectural plan development, interior and exterior design coordination, project scheduling and management. Personalization is what has set us apart – NO cookie-cutter homes here! At 3H, we recognize that buying a new home or investing in having a building constructed is one of the most important and expensive purchases you will ever make. It follows that you would want to select a builder you can trust. Let your choice be us. We believe that we have discovered the prime way to do things, and that is to focus first on the people who come to us, the product we provide, ensuring that the process is seamless and problem-free, and that at the end of our business relationship, the result is profitable to both parties. Here at 3H, we are a custom home builder that delivers unrivalled, life-transforming, and creative ideas, that are anything but customary!

ABOUT SADDLE RIDGE OUR VIS IO N Saddleridge is a quiet community located in the Northeast quadrant of the city. It is close to major transportation routes, such as Stoney Trail, and only 10 minutes from the Calgary International Airport. This neighbourhood has great appeal for cultural organizations and families, but also has a great mix of single family and multi-family dwellings. There are many great housing options in Saddle Ridge for prospective buyers. Saddle Ridge is filled with many condominium apartments, townhouses, duplexes, detached laned, detached front attached garage homes, as well as larger executive homes on walkout lots. But what makes this community truly unique is its culture and diversity. With a huge East Indian/South Asian population that also includes a variety of different ethnicities such as African, Caribbean, Filipino, and more, Saddle Ridge has become a very popular location for many cultural events, programs, restuarants, shopping experiences and amenities. There are also good amenities in Saddleridge., which include popular grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more. The Saddletowne Circle has diverse dining and shopping serviced by both popular and small chain local businesses. There is an LRT station, a new high school and wonderful recreation center that houses the YMCA among others. The Genesis Centre prides itself on being a home for inspired community. It is for this reason that we are committed to welcoming and including people of all abilities in our facility. Providing an inclusive and accessible environment is a priority. If you require any supports or accommodations during your visit with us, please reach out to one of our staff members. (Source: https://genesis-centre.ca/)

Saddleridge is still developing as it expands toward Stoney Trail in the east with its new sub-community called Saddlestone. Overall, Saddleridge has something for all families.
