SPEC HOME PROGRAM It is our recommendation that you should highlight at least one listed spec home per community. This not only encourages Realtors to visit the communities, but gets them through the showhomes to promote other opportunities. In all communities we will actively promote the Area Sales Managers and their communities through the videos and sponsored advertisements as listed above. It is our intention to work closely with the ASMs to make sure we are all on the same page every step throughout the process. We want to take the extra initiative to commit to monthly visits to all showhomes throughout the city.
