PROJECT ΤΩΝ ΜΑΘΗΤΩΝ ΤΗΣ Α’ ΤΑΞΗΣ ΓΥΜΝΑΣΙΟΥ


«OUR RECIPES” Στο πλαίσιο των μαθημάτων της Πληροφορικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας οι μαθητές της Α’ τάξης Γυμνασίου πραγματοποίησαν project με τίτλο Our recipes.

Το συγκεκριμένο

Συγκεκριμένα, οι μαθητές σε ομάδες αναζήτησαν στο διαδίκτυο και βρήκαν συνταγές στα ελληνικά τις οποίες μετέφρασαν στη συνέχεια στα αγγλικά.

Για την παρουσίαση και δημοσίευση της εργασίας τους οι μαθητές δημιούργησαν ένα ψηφιακό βιβλίο αξιοποιώντας την ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα issu (https://issuu.com).

SPAGHETTI WITH MINCED MEAT Ingredients -spaghetti

-minced meat -basil -onion -parsley -salt -pepper

Instructions Boil spaghetti in a sauce pan. Add salt and pepper. Fry the minced meat and the onions in the frying pan. Then add tomato sauce. Then add pepper, garlic and basil. Finally, put the parsley on the dish with the spaghetti and the minced meat and serve it!

Sausages with peppers Ingredients 1kg. pork 3 sausages 7-8 peppers (red and green) 2 red hot peppers 1 teaspoon of oregon 1 onion 1 can of peeled tomatoes in pieces oil red wine 300gr. cheese salt pepper

Instructions Cut the sausages and peppers in pieces. Put oil, salt, peppers and oregon in a frying pan. When the pan is hot, add the meat and fry it. Then add the sausages, oregon, salt and pepper and after that put the onion and the peppers. Pour wine over the food and add the peeled tomatoes. Let it boil for 20 min. Finally cut some green peppers. Add the cheese, and the peppers. *If needed, add a bit of water

Duck with bacon Ingredients 1 duck breast (250g) (250g) bacon in pieces 1 slice of ham cut in pieces 3 onions 4 cloves of minced garlic 1 carrot 200g. sausages in pieces 1kg. tomatoes 500g. baby potatoes 1 & 1/2 warm chicken broth oregon thyme laurel 50g. toast salt pepper

Instructions Fry the duck breast, the ham and the bacon in a frying pan. Then add the onions, the carrot and the garlic. Add the tomatoes the baby potatoes, the spices, salt, pepper and the chicken broth. Cook at low heat for 1 hour. Take out the spices and put the food in the oven. Add the sausages and powder the food over with toast. Cover the food and cook for one and a half hours.
