We are accurate time-keepers. From the production line to the last mile, we are committed to a timeline that ensures freshness of the meat. This is made possible by a strategically-developed native supply chain and a zero-inventory model.

Every processing centre is well-connected to a network of delivery centres in the surrounding 250 km radius.

“Delivery of product from slaughter to delivery is 12-18 hours. Sometimes, we even achieve it within 5 hours. This is industry-defining.”

Rajesh K Chief Quality and Sustainability Officer

Every box of Licious contains meat that has passed over 150 rigorous quality checks. Every step of the way, the meat is evaluated based on stringent and comprehensive protocols. We choose lambs only between 8-12 months old. Our chicken always weighs between 1 and 1.2 kg. Our seafood is strictly ‘straight outta sea’.

“If the vendor has 50,000 chickens, only the best 5000 among them make it to Licious. There is a saying amongst our vendors that “Licious needs golden chicken and golden fish”. We are guilty of setting the highest standard in the market”

Anmol Dhuper Director of Global Procurement
