Chilled to perfection
For meat to stay fresh and retain its natural juices, it has to be stored in the right temperatures. From cleaning to cutting, the meat is kept at precisely 0-4° Celsius to maximise the freshness. Even when it is out for delivery, we keep it chilled up right up to the doorstep.
