Supply Chain and Quality Assessment

Perfection is the main source of this teams’ protein. The Supply Chain and Quality Assessment team ensures the meat that comes to the processing centres is properly cleaned, cut, segregated, packed and sent out in a perfect Licious standard method to various hubs. They ensure the meat sent out has checked off all the quality check parameters before it reaches the customer.

Tech and Product

The equipment specialists of our kitchen, the Tech and Product team ensures that the right kind of equipment and technology is available to produce Licious cuts and meat. They ensure that the products are upto mark and new products can be manufactured.

With each station working separately, the final product is a result of collective efforts. These stations make the kitchen a lively place and add flavour to the awesomeness we create.
