Her daughter is the dam of 3G listed in this year’s sale and she has had many heifers retained in our herd. He also goes back to one of our original Simmental cows. They are from a long line of very productive cow families that continue to serve us well. Captain has a real beefy look to him. He’s a bit more rugged, strong over his top and a bull that really carries his muscling deep into his quarter. He has lots of testicle and the Roll on / Journey cross worked well for us.

He comes from one of our bigger most voluminous cows. 17A is a full bodied, long spined female, with a smooth head and shoulder and a sound big foot underneath her. This cow is a never miss and we always look forward to her calf hitting the ground. Director types his dam very similar; long bodied, lots of spring of rib and a big foot. He is very quiet and strides out like a cat on the prowl. Use him on cows to increase length, udder quality and foot structure
