FUTURE PROGRESSIVE
USES • FORM: WILL BE + VERB + -ING • USE: To say that an action will be in progress at a certain time in the future.
• Examples: – This time tomorrow, I´ll be lying on the beach in the sun. – Don´t phone me between 7 and 8 as we´ll be having dinner then. – What will you be doing tomorrow at 12? (polite)
CONSTRUCTION • Positive: will be + -ing form of the main verb • Negative: won’t be + -ing form of the main verb for the negative form.
EXAMPLES I will be crying your shoulder. The publisher won’t be expecting the final draft of your novel until next month so you have time to crank it out.
When will you be leaving for Paris? I will be working on this tomorrow. My friends and I will NOT be going to Africa next month.
