Hi, this is Ahey CHAN.

Over the past four years of study, I have explored my interests in design, science and sustainable development. In the past more than 1 year of work experience, I participated in bidding projects, basic planning sets, 3D visual and design, construction drawings, site meetings and contact with customers, etc. These have made me more aware and determined to develop in the design industry.

focuses on the secondary equity market, focusing on securities investment services. VIP clients will be entertained in this office. So the overall style will be simple elegant.

a. Glass with film is adopted for meeting room in order to introduce more light to the space.

b. Allow the best view for the working area. Trading desk is located separately from the main work table.

c. The lighting around the bed makes the VIP room brighter. In addition, artwork can be placed in the display cabinet.

d. Semi open design for pantry to make it cozy and allow more natural light to space. There are 2 seats for pantry dining zone.

We take the elements from their work, then through

visual design, making them visualized in the areas. (these elements included the route map, concrete texture, structural details, etc.)

Based on the floor plan, the reception and meeting rooms are rearranged to provide more natural light to the space. In addition, clients can directly see the outside view from the reception area.

Serve Tencent to build the new office, we need to balance the playful and formal element for their new space as per requested. The client tends to adopt

more typical setup on work desk and office but need to introduce some interesting elements through the color and shape.

a. Set up seats in the elevator lobby for visitors.

b. arrange the seat at the pantry to allow more bar stool facing to sea view.

c. The board room is arranged in a sea view area, and a bench sofa is set up by the window to accommodate more people to join the meetings at the same time.

d. Hot desk area setup the semi private area with use motorized curtains to divided for less disturbance to the user occupying the nearby.

This space had researched and analyzed the influence of light illumination on people's mood and combined it with light temperature, materials, and activities. Also, the research would help to study that how to create a sleeping atmosphere for people to ameliorate their sleeping quality.

G1M/F and G2M/F will combine human light with natural light to create a lunch break. Natural light mainly comes from skylights.

It mainly provides food and lunch break places for the nearby officer. They can also enter B1F through the stairs or rest at the seat.

This is connected to the K11 shopping mall, reception for visitor booking treatment Area.

The project is to design services and entertainment facilities and connect the three nearby buildings. The triangle is inspired by the shape of the geographical

location and the triangle has a solid meaning. Its characteristics not only attract people of different ages to visit, but also act as an arrow to guide people to another area.

The concept is based on books, and the space is mostly decorated with wooden bread frames, and the inner panels are white. It is as if the white pages of a book are wrapped by a cover and a back cover.

1. Each bookshelf looks like an open book page, and various shapes are scattered in the library.

2. The layout design to place the bookshelves in various positions and adding seats to reflect the dialogue between people and books.

This place is a conference room in a middle school, applying the sun path to create positive and negative spaces to create a quiet meeting room in the afternoon.
