2 Employment History Engineering Consultations Center, Benha University Sept. 2020 – Present It is a public entity belonging to Benha University which provides multi consultancy affairs in architectural and MEP disciplines for projects inside Egypt. I had joined the bureau as an architectural consultant representative. With my team of Engineers and architects, I have supervised the developing of some of University buildings, executed by Care Contractor (Mukhabrat) Such as: • The development of the landscape and fence of the faculty of Trade. • The development of student’s dorms. • The development of some labs. • The development of dental clinics and labs. • The development of the administrative rooms (Dept. Head and Staff) of Civil Dept., Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra. • The Relocating of the plotting center of Benha University. Key Responsibilities As an architectural Consultant Representative (with my team), my responsibilities are to • The supervision of the implementation of building maintenance and development. • Coordinate between different disciplines in projects execution. • Prepare architectural construction documents and the BOQ for the developments of Benha University buildings. • Approve contactor current and final requests. • Approve The initial and final delivery of the project from the contractor (Care for Contacting) to the owner (the Engineering office of Benha University) Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra, Benha University Jan.2006– present Firstly, I joined the department as a demonstrator while doing my master research at Cairo University. Secondly, in 2011, I was elevated to assistant lecturer position after awarded the mentioned master degree. Currently, I work as a lecturer after granted my PhD degree from this employer institution. Al-Marwan Consultant Bureau Aug. 2015 – Dec. 2015 It is a private company that has two branches in Egypt, providing multi consultancy affairs in architectural projects. I had been invited to hold the position of Cairo-branch director to restructure and constitute some teams appropriated for different tasks; especially in the coordination stage between different disciplines for commercial, administrative, and tourist projects. Key Responsibilities • Managing different departments • Hiring new senior and Junior architects • Doing sequential meetings with the clients and different disciplines • Doing design briefs and management sheets for some projects Khebraat Integrated Consultation, Prof. Dr. Ali El-Sawy Aug. 2006 – Jan. 2015 It is a private company providing multi consultancy affairs in architectural projects inside and outside Egypt. I had joined the bureau as an architect. After a while, I have gradually elevated until reaching project manager position in 2012. Meanwhile, I have participated in preparing tender full-packages for diverse projects such as educational, commercial, administrative, tourist, and healthcare projects inside and outside Egyptian context. Furthermore, I was participated in site supervision (finishing works) for administrative buildings.
