Ahmed Elshafei is a student at ETH Zurich in MAS Digital Fabrication and Robotics Architecture, He graduated from the Department of Architecture at Mansoura University (2014). He had been working as teaching assistant and researcher at the Department of Construction and Architectural Engineering at AUC, and a teaching assistant at the Structural Design Studio at the Arab academy of Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) for 2 years.
He focused on bringing digital data out from 2-D Screens, material feedback and turning our imagination into physical and open source forms and interaction between Material behavior, Digital Fabrication and Computational language will establish new generations of open source geometries.
