FUTURE SUSTAINABLE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Each tower is conceived as a new complex object. Rich in links, connections, public and private spaces, they are thought of as jigsaws of habitation spaces, working finds its place in a network of pillars and develops its own squarters, and areas of life and human interaction. The apartments are inserted like cabins on groups of pillars. The habitation areas spread over a height of 17 metres. Within the volume of the building, plateaus of 5.25m x 7.60m are superimposed, creating duplex apartments as well as aerial gardens.

THE PALM BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The idea came from the word hospitality which the palm tree represent, as a tree would everything you need to rest on hot sunny humid day, which is the case in Dubai’s weather, and made life more pleasant and beautiful and healthy. My idea will be represented in the hotel by using the space and resources as much as possible and reduce non-functional areas as the palm tree takes as little as the desert has to provide to create a great product and by having a minimalistic simple design that deliver it’s function with least costs.

BEACH VIEW MARKET HALL

The concept cames from the louver sunbreker roof. The system is a highly efficient External shading system, which can also serve as a decorative part of the building. The blades which makes the construction lightwhole weight, yet Durable. Sunbreaker is a mobile system with a blade rotation range from 0 to 90 degrees; it can be fixed both horizontally and vertically. Sunbreaker is a perfect way of making a building building more Architecturally attractive
