Educator Yvonne Wolf presents an introduction to Chinese papercutting art as it relates to other cultures. She will bring samples of Chinese master artwork papercutting as well as beginner projects that can be finished within a few minutes. Templates and supplies provided; all skill levels welcome. In honor of Mother’s Day, library staff are celebrating the best and worst mothers from their favorite books and movies. Staff will share literature’s most notable – and notorious – maternal figures. Share your own favorites in the discussion that follows.
