Three Important Things to Check on the Home Screen
1 In order to EARN at your Title, you must hit 3 qualifiers each Campaign: 1. Personal Sales of $200 or more
2
2. Total Unit Sales of $1200 or more (which DOES include your Personal Sales.)
3
3. 1st Gen Orders of 5 or more. Each Title has its own set of Qualifiers.
New Appointments Report It’s critical to make sure that all of your new Unit Members get linked to your Downline correctly, especially when you’re new and still learning how to submit applications. 1-3 days after you submit a new application and every couple of days if you have team members who are appointing on their own, check your New Appointments Report to make sure that everyone has linked by doing one of the following:
On the Main Menu, click on Customize a Report>Scroll down to New Appointments>Scroll down and click Submit Report.
Click on New Appointments in the Reports column of the lower right box on the Home Page.
Click on New Appointments on the left Gray Navigation bar from any screen.
Make sure that everyone you or any of your Downline members have appointed is listed here.

Follow Up Follow Up Report Representatives stay longer when they are making sales and submitting orders. In addition, you get paid when 5 or more orders are submitted in your first Generation. The Follow Up Report gives you details about which Downline members still have time to get in an order or have an order “on hold” because there is a balance due. Using any of the methods to find a report mentioned on page 2, go to: Follow Up Report. The Follow Up Report shows all of your Downline members who still have time to get in an Order before the Campaign closes.

Tips for increasing your order count
Order count starts at the Time of Appointment by setting expectations and continues with following up on the 48 hour call and appropriate training conversations to get your new Downline member off to the best possible start. If she is servicing customers and selling products, she will have an order to turn in.
The last 1-2 nights before orders are due, contact your Representatives to see how they did and if they have any last minute questions. Confirm that their order will be getting in by the deadline. This can be done by RPS to break up your list into smaller chunks. (see letter C on above graphic and definition of RPS on last page of this deck.)
Contact all of the Downline members whose orders are on hold and encourage them to get their balance paid.
For EULs and SEULs: If you have an office helper, have him/her follow up with any Representatives who missed their order. If they miss another one, they will not have any current materials on hand.

Frequently Asked Questions at the Unit Leader Level How do I get paid? On your personal sales, you earn when you sell the products at suggested selling price, but Avon charges your invoice at your discounted price. You collect the money from your customers, pay the balance due to Avon and the rest is yours to keep. On your unit sales, Avon processes a check once per Campaign and deposits it directly into your bank account. An Earnings Statement is then posted on yourAVON.com under the Leadership Tab>Business Management.
What is the difference between Award Sales and Leadership Sales? Award Sales are the value of everything you ordered on your account (BEFORE discounts are applied,) including all products, brochures, samples, sales aids, business tools, clearance items, and demonstration products. (does not include Appointment Kits or Breast Cancer Awareness and Domestic Violence items). Award Sales are used to determine your order size (which determines your earning percent) and your standing towards President’s Club and beyond. Leadership Sales are the sales from all of your Downline members on which you earn your Leadership Bonuses. They do NOT include samples, sales aids, and business tools. They also do NOT include the earnings that were paid to your Downline member on her order.
What is RPS? Representative Processing System is Avon’s term for the day within each Campaign that a specific geography submits orders. There are 11 RPS’s in every Campaign – 10 national days and 1 trendsetter day in which orders process. If you are an RPS 1, it means your order is due, processed and shipped during the 1st day of that Campaign. If you are an RPS 10, your order is due, processed and shipped during the last day of that Campaign. If you are a Trendsetters, Representatives from 26 Districts across the country who sell 2 brochures ahead to test how the products from that brochure are trending and allows Avon to adjust quantities for popular products, you have your own RPS.
What if my new Representative places an online order before her Campaign of Appointment? At the Time of Appointment, it is important to reinforce her first order submission date to avoid an early order being her first and only opportunity at the guaranteed 40% earnings. Additionally, Upline Leaders earn periodic bonuses and incentives when their new Representative’s first order is over $100 so if that early order is under $100, you risk missing your bonus.
