Provide Training to Your Team One of your most important responsibilities as a Leader is to provide training to your team. But guess what? Avon makes this so easy and fun for you! Avon provides an abundance of training… self-paced courses in AVON U, live webinars that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home (and these webinars are recorded for viewing later), local and regional FREE training workshops, and our incredible RepFest (a convention that spans several days). Avon will again do the heavy lifting; your job is to make sure your team members know about all the wonderful training available. You will, of course, want to provide your own helpful training to your team. You can do this in a variety of fun ways. This helps you all stay connected and engaged! You could have a regular team meeting (either in person or on a conference call). You can share documents and stay in touch via email. You could make videos or have Facebook Live sessions. You can just start conversations in social media. How about live meeting on Facebook and have a fast-paced quiz? Post a question about business and the first person to answer correctly gets a point. You can give a small prize to the winner or just make a cute post with their picture and score.
