Approach
WhO:
All Core Representatives who are not members of the President’s Recognition Program and whose 5th Campaign of Association occurs between C-13 and C-15 (TS C-15 and C-17).
HOW: Gate 1 Beginning with their 5th campaign order, eligible Representatives must achieve cumulative sales of $1,550 or more for their next 4 campaigns (that’s an average of $388 per campaign). The Reward: If you achieve Gate 1, you receive 40% guaranteed earnings on all full earnings products and 25% on all fixed earnings products in the next 6 campaigns.
Start a conversation with everyone! Ask for a minimum of 3 referrals.
Follow up with EXISTING Customers Ask for a minimum of 3 referrals.
Bridge to Avon. Ask questions to determine needs.
Request a minimum of 3 referrals from every Customer when you deliver their order.
For example: Representatives who start the challenge in C-13 and achieve the sales requirement in C-16 will enjoy the President’s Club level earnings privilege through C-22. Gate 2 Representatives who achieve “Gate 1” goal to have the opportunity to extend their PC Apprentice benefit for an additional 6 campaigns.
Follow up Contact leads/referrals to schedule appointments and take orders.
To qualify: After meeting the “Gate 1” goal, Representatives must achieve cumulative sales of $2,300 or more during their next 6 campaigns (again, an average of $388 per campaign). For example: a Representative who achieves the “Gate 1” in C-16 would need to achieve the “Gate 2” sales requirement by C-22.
