Most Significant Change: Demonstrating results of responding to most at risk populations in the Middle East and North Africa Region This report documents the main changes resulting from a regional prevention programme, designed to meet the sexual health and HIV prevention needs of men who have sex with men (MSM) in Algeria, Lebanon, Morocco and Tunisia. As part of this work, the ‘most significant change’ approach was used to understand the changes generated by the programme. An NGO Communications Guide is also available.
