oGV CEEDer AIESEC for Slovenia 20 March – 15 April
About AIESEC for Slovenia AIESEC for Slovenia is established in 1953, back then as AIESEC in Yugoslavia with local chapters in Ljubljana, Zagreb, Belgrade, Skopje Sarajevo. After Slovenia became independent in 1991, AIESEC was officially registered as AIESEC for Slovenia in 1992. Before the independence and in the early nineties AIESEC for Slovenia was a very strong entity that did more then 100 exchanges. This all has been decreasing since Slovenia entered the European Union in 2003. At the moment AIESEC for Slovenia is considered a start-up entity and only has three local committees: in Ljubljana, Maribor and Kranj. Since the beginning of the term 16/17, Slovenia has approved 17 OGX and realized 14. The goal at the of the term is 70 and summer peak will be important to reach this goal. Currently the national plenary exists of 15 people and after recruitment we plan to grow to 30.

Boost Summer Peak in 2 LCs: Ljubljana and Maribor Promote exchange with your entity Make 20 oGV exchanges happen Deliver knowledge to the local level to increase OGX performance Improve the conversion rate of EPs from sign-up to apply and from apply to approved
Tasks • • • •
Set up a detailed plan to meet the above objectives Be a FACI at our National Induction Conference (24-26 March) Active hands-on recruitment in collaboration with the LCs (1,5 week in each LC) Have interviews with EPs to assess their needs and increase the conversion rate

At least LCVP or MCVP oGV/OGX experience with noticeable results Full-time availability in the before mentioned timeframe Not afraid to be doing on-site EP recruitment yourself Creative with very little resources in terms of manpower, materials and money
