What we envision: peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential. AIESEC in Vietnam was established in 2006. For the past 8 years we have been facilitating youth leadershipactivities as well as international internships & volunteer experiences across Vietnam. AIESEC in Vietnam have more than 600 active members present inmore than 150 universities in Vietnam and over 2100 alumni working in leading local and multinational companies. We are supported by partners who want to support the development of youth and to access top talent through our global internship programs such as Unilever, Suntory PepsiCo ‌ Who are we?

Project Management Responsibilities Event Management: + Develop content for current and future projects; recruitment campaign to send Vietnamese students on exchange programs of AIESEC in other countries + Plan project’s timeline and activities + Plan and organize events + Collaborate with international interns / others functional team during project implementation

Customer Service: Ensure the quality of international intern’s integration in the new Vietnamese culture Deliver intern service and provide support for the intern to have the best working environment: accommodation, visa, logistics, etc.

Matching: + Plan recruitment based on the need for human resource of companies, volunteer project + Search and manage the interns for the Global Talent, Global Citizen Program + Scan CV, conduct virtual interview and cooperate with companies, project organizers on selection to recruit international interns best fit their criteria.
