Dear applicant, change is the only thing that is constant. To remain relevant it is necessary for an organisation to continuously evolve and adapt to this change. The question that we are continuously trying to answer as an organisation is what are the kind of experiences that we need to provide to remain true to the AIESEC WAY and at the same time innovate to have a greater relevant impact? After a long period of discussions, innovations and feedbacks we have arrived at AIESEC 2020 as the answer to this question for the next 5 years. Every plan is nothing without implementation. So to ensure that we as One AIESEC are headed in the same direction and with the same vision we are introducing applications for 2020 team for AIESEC in Slovakia. This is the draft of a working timeline that requires the presence of the whole 2020 team (to be specified later after IPM 2016): • Feb 29th, IPM bringback • Mar 31st - Apr 3rd, BRAVE 2016 • Jun ? - MC2MC transition • All other conferences and summits in the MC1617 term
The role of the 2020 Team is the following: • study global and national materials on AIESEC 2020 • work closely with the MC Evolution, MC1617 and LCPs, create strategies to engage membership and implement 2020 in Slovakia • (co)facilitate 2020-related sessions in national conferences • foster internal communications on 2020-related topics
