2. The Regional Initiatives These are the 3 Regional Initiatives that the CEE Coordinator will be responsible for the next term to be implemented within the Region. They are the result of a collaborative planning process together with Maggie, Mikey and the CEE MCPs of term 12-13.
A. CEEdership Program
• Asses the need of HR and knowledge amongst the CEE Countries • Create an HR Supply and demand platform • Create an HR investment scheme that caters to the need of the Region
CEEdership
Objectives:
program
Regional CEEDership movement that will have a main purpose in the share of knowledge and experience within the HR of the organization for CEE as a region. We will asses which countries have both the financial and human capacity to invest into this initiative and open up the opportunity for smaller countries to benefit from this initiative.
B. Regional PBoX on Diversity Connect all the GCDP national projects that are addressing multiculturalism, and the spread of cultural awareness under the same brand as a Regional Project that the CEE provides for the entire organization. Objectives: Diversity PBoX
• Create a brand for a Regional PBOX around the topic of cultural diversity • Align projects from the region under this brand
C. Technical Internship Program for Students Positioning one of the subprograms (GIPo Technical) that we do as one of the most competitive subprograms in the whole organization. We will involve the support of certain companies from that region that can attest the quality of our technical students and will create a co-branding strategy for these students, supported by the corporate market. Objectives: • Creating a strong brand for the GIPo Technical within the Region • Having a network of supporters from the corporate side for this sub program • Increasing the performance of the GIPo Technical side within the Region

3. CEE Performance In this section I have analyzed the overall Program Performance of the Region for all the 4 ELD Programs and as well the Contribution of these programs to the global performance.
A. Program Evolution In terms of the International Programs: - For the GI Program, we can see that the pick of realization this summer has moved earlier for July, compared to last year where most realizations where towards the month of August - The ratio between Incoming and outgoing is still balanced for this program and is maintained at an average of 1 outgoing for every 0.7 Incoming - For the GCDP Program we can see the jump of performance as well in the month of July, where we have almost doubled the realization from the month of June - As for the ration between Incoming and outgoing, for the the GCD Program as well we have a balanced ration with an average of 1 Incoming to 0.8 outgoing during the summer period

- We can definitely see that we are aligned with the international realization peak and that as well our contribution during this peak has been increasing during the summer period - For the GI Program, we can see an significant increase in contribution during the summer peak. We have bee providing close to 30% of the global GIP performance, versus only 21% during the period outside the summer peak - For GCD Program, the contribution maintains constant from April to July and is around 21%. This is something to consider as we have lost our advantage of top contributor in terms of GCDP in previous years, when during the peak we would have almost 35% contribution rate In terms of the Domestic Programs: - Our performance for the 2 programs during the summer peak has been maintained constant although we can see different fluctuation in the realization of the TM&TL Programs from the global perspective - This in terms also determines our top contribution to the global experiences during the month of July where we where at almost 20% contribution rate - We need to maintain the performance of these 2 programs during the next month as fro the Autumn Recruitment and Projects are coming up
