DARE 2015
Dear Applicant, DARE conference is the largest conference of AIESEC in Slovakia. It provides the participants with a space for growth where they can understand and assimilate their past experiences and empowers them to take their next steps in AIESEC, through developing their leadership skills and helping them create a vision for their own path in AIESEC. This conference is also first national conference for a lot of Newbies, therefore it is very important to engage and motivate them in their future path in AIESEC. Conference information Basic information: the conference will be held from 22. till 25. October 2015, pre-meeting starts from 20th till 22nd of October 2015, whole conference will be in English.
Financial information: travelling costs for international Facis to Bratislava are not covered, travelling costs from Bratislava to the venue are covered, food and accommodation are provided for the pre-meeting and throughout the entire conference.
Faci profile: Current or former Local EB, NST, MC or any motivated and experienced AIESECer (current EBs of AIESEC in Slovakia are not eligible to apply) Past facilitating experience Participating on TtT or iTtT is advantage Time availability for session preparation during beginning of October Availability to attend the pre-meeting

Newbies track information Goals of the track: Delegates get to know AIESEC as national and international organization. Delegates get the skills, knowledge and motivation required for high performance at the LC. Delegates discover how AIESEC in Slovakia works and what could be their next role in it.
Track blocks: GET TO KNOW delegates get to know their home group and their facilitator delegates understand the agenda of the conference and the purpose delegates set their personal goals and expectations for the conference PREPARE delegates discover the way AIESEC works delegates get to know more about the team dynamics delegates gain soft knowledge necessary for their future work PERFORM delegates apply the gained knowledge in simulations of different functional areas and see the connections between them delegates understand the importance of sales in every functional area delegates learn how to perform as a team and as individuals TAKE AWAY delegates reflect on their personal goals and expectations for the conference delegates evaluate their conference experience and set their next steps in AIESEC
