1. Introduction This document provides clear insights into sub-team projects of the MC 1516. The purpose of sub-team projects is to work on specific assignments that are needed based on the current entity state. The projects are mostly cross-functional, usually outside a specific functional area responsibility. The goal of sub-teams is to utilise the strengths and personal traits of the MC team members in the best and most efficient way. The sub-team projects might change throughout the term.

2. Project - Sales Project responsible: • Tom. Project members: • MC team: Alin, Katka, Yudhveer. • EST: two Account Managers and Events Manager. Description: • develop relevant sales portfolio connected to the core activities of AIESEC, • ensure sales and delivery of the portfolio to the corporate partners. Goals: • 40.000,- € raised from partnerships, • % partner’s retention rate, • % partner’s satisfaction rate.

3. Project - Planning Project responsible: • Alin. Project members: • MC team: Mára, Mina. • EST: none. Description: • create and further develop the concept of 18-month planning based on 6-months re-planning flow, • create the agenda and ensure the delivery of NPMs. Goals: • agenda for NPMs created, • % country plan fulfilment, • % LCs' satisfaction rate.

4. Project - Alignment of MoSes Project responsible: • Katka. Project members: • MC team: Daniela, Mina. • EST: none. Description: • create and / or unify definitions and counting methods for all the measurements that the entity uses, • create and ensure implementation of data storage systems. Goals: • have correct and relevant data as inputs for planning, • % implementation.

5. Project - LC coaching Project responsible: • Sherif. Project members: • MC team: Alin, Mára. • EST: none. Description: • create an LC coaching model based on the LC clustering, • brief other MC team members on the preparation, agenda and delivery of the LC visits. Goals: • differ based on the LC cluster: • “Grow”: absolute and relative growth. • “Stable”: HR capacity - full EB 2016 structure, FIN capacity - LC in profit (no debt). • “New”: restoration plan fulfilment.

6. Project - Conference management Project responsible: • Mina. Project members: • MC team: Daniela, Katka, Sherif. • EST: none. Description: • ensure proper and standardised preparation and delivery of the national conferences. Goals: • % members’ attendance, • % delegates' satisfaction rate.

7. Project - Internal communication Project responsible: • Daniela. Project members: • MC team: Katka. • EST: none. Description: • develop internal communications plan (audience, channels, messages) for the MC-LC communication that will support engagement of all members of the entity in progress towards the entity goals, • develop clear and relevant R&R system supporting the progress towards country goals. Goals: • # applicants for the MC 1617, • % members’ retention rate, • % delegates’ feedback for awards at Gala Nights.

8. Project - Long-term development plan Project responsible: • Mára. Project members: • MC team: Tom. • EST: none. Description: • create the framework and implementation plan for a long-term development plan of the entity (5-year plan connected with 2020 implementation). Goals: • % plan fulfilment (ongoing tracking throughout 5 years), • short-term implementation fulfilment (in 18-months planning).

9. Project - Alumni management Project responsible: • Tom. Project members: • MC team: none. • EST: two Alumni Coordinators, 50. anniversary OCP and the core OC team of 4-5 people. Description: • enable the connection of the members of AIESEC Alumni Slovakia with the organisation today. Goals: • # new AAS members, • 50. anniversary event organised, • % delegates’ feedback.
