2. Performance meetings The purpose of Performance meetings is to evaluate and adjust the MC team plan and performance.
Operational Tactic Strategic The meetings are adjusted according to scope and periodicity: 1. Strategic - evaluation of the country reality, adjustment of the direction and the contribution of the MC plan. 2. Tactic - evaluation and adjustment of the MC sub-team and functional area plans. 3. Operational - discussing sub-team and functional needs, defining priorities.

2.1. Performance meetings - Strategic MC Days: • Periodicity: • 4 times a year, approx. quarterly. • Attendees: • MC team. • Duration: • maximum 3 days. • Description: • evaluation of the country reality, situation and specific performance of each LC, evaluation of the previous quarter, setting priorities for the next quarter, • adjustment of the direction and contribution of the MC team plan - reviewing the contribution of the sub-teams and functional areas towards the country plan progress. • Inputs: • LC reports, • MC team plan, team legacy and team stand, • sub-team plans, • functional plans. • Outcomes: • adjusted MC team plan, team legacy and team stand, • adjusted sub-team plans, • adjusted functional plans.

Performance meetings - Tactic Monthly Review: • Periodicity: • monthly. • Attendees: • MC team. • Duration: • maximum 1 day. • Description: • evaluation and adjustment of MC sub-teams and functional area plans - reviewing the KPIs, goals and their alignment to the country direction, • setting priorities and next steps for the following month. • Inputs: • sub-team plans, • functional plans. • Outcomes: • adjusted sub-team plans, • adjusted functional plans.

Performance meetings - Operational Monday Meeting: • Periodicity: • weekly at 15:00. • Attendees: • MC team. • Duration: • maximum 2 hours. • Description: • sub-team and functional needs - discussing and feedback of topics based on an update report submitted until Friday previous week, • setting priorities and next steps for the following week. • Inputs: • sub-team and functional update report. • Outcomes: • individual action plan.

3. Development meetings The purpose of Development meetings is to focus on personal and professional development experience of each MC team member, connecting it with the individual contribution towards the MC plan.

Development meetings - Team coaching MC Days: • Periodicity: • 4 times a year, approx. quarterly. • Attendees: • MC team. • Duration: • maximum 1 day (together with Team building). • Description: • evaluation of current state of team dynamics, • defining needs for team dynamics improvement. • Inputs: • MC team members’ feedback, • 1on1 coaching. • Outcomes: • inputs and needs for team dynamics evolution, • reviewed team stand, • reviewed working standards.

Development meetings - Team building MC Days: • Periodicity: • 4 times a year, approx. quarterly. • Attendees: • MC team. • Duration: • maximum 1 day (together with Team coaching). • Description: • delivering the “social part” of the team experience, ensuring personal interaction of the MC team members. • Inputs: • MC team members’ feedback, • 1on1 coaching. • Outcomes: • improved personal relations within the MC team.

Development meetings - 1on1 coaching Coaching meeting: • Periodicity: • monthly. • Attendees: • MCP and MC team member. • Duration: • maximum 90 minutes. • Description: • assessment of individual aspects of the MC team experience (MC, functional and sub-team roles), • defining development activities for the next month, • the content of the coaching meetings will vary based on the timeline of the term - mostly on MC team plan and current state of team dynamics. • Inputs: • individual tracking tool, • MC team timeline. • Outcomes: • action steps towards improving the team experience, • learning activities for the next month.

3.4. Development meetings - other Happy Hour: • Periodicity: • weekly at 17:00. • Attendees: • MC team. • Duration: • not set. • Description: • casual hangout of the MC team after the Monday Meeting. Team Sports: • Periodicity: • every Thursday at 18:00 - 19:00. • Attendees: • MC team. • Duration: • not set. • Description: • sports activity announced in advance by the person responsible.
