Hey Skia! IMPACT DELIVERED? May is over and this month borough us a lot of results as a country! We have 25 realization in GCDPi area and the biggest realization came from 'Educate Slovakia' project. The biggestmatching boom happened in GCDP area: 25 GCDP TN and 37 GCDP EPs! And historical results we can see in raising:19 GIP EPs, 27 GCDP TNs and 46 GCDP EPs. Congratulations goes to every single member who made this possible for AIESEC in Slovakia. I am very proud of you as You are the once who make a difference in development of Slovak youth and building up the international name among corporate sector. As well May brough together the leadership body from local and national level, current and elect. We discussed essential topics about leadership which Slovakia needed, how AIESEC could contribute. Aslo how to define organizational, market and individual value of every single product which we have. This was also a turning point: now we measure Quality! We launched Net Promoter Score and defined behaviours to become truly Customer Centric organization. Now summer peak is coming which can become the most memorable summer for you, interns and a lot of Slovak students thanks to AIESEC. Right now it is time for us to ensure the proper planning and the biggest recruitment for OGP ever, especially GCDP, to move Slovakia to the next level. Now comes the question: What is going to be YOUR contribution? 100 exchanges is our ambition for June to become a legendary generation and say proudly: IMPACT DELIVERED. Our first BoP was just.. 8! During these 2 days I felt really intensively, that I´m the one, who is representing the whole LC. We had a looot of discussions important for the future of our LCs and for @ Skia. I also have to highlight an amazing session about coaching. Can´t wait for the next one :) Sisa TT

"Unlike FMs that I have attended before, our first BoP did not rely that much on the fixed agenda as it did on the heated discussions between the delegates. As an LCP, each of us had to consider not just the needs of his LC, but also the needs of the whole country, which sometimes weren't exactly the same. Nevertheless we always managed to reach a consensus, needles to say that with an amazing amount of fun on the way :). Looking forward to seeing everyone again in June :). "This was not the first BoP I participated in, but it had had its specifics, of course. Great bunch of people gathered for two days to discuss topics relevant for both their LCs and AIESEC Skia itself. It was full of strong discussions, different opinions and point of views and constructive criticism. Most of the time we managed to come to the conclusion though.
