As I am wri ng these words to you, it reminds me of the great responsibility of this presiden al posi on, the big development which it brings, and also the opportunity it presents in building a stronger, bigger, and be er AIESEC Unila. Leading AIESEC Unila is the best experience I have had in my AIESEC journey so far. For me, the 14/15 term has been all about challenging yourself as a person to drive this en ty to be be er than before and how you can be ideal leader that Unila need. I believe the next term will be a really exci ng and challenging one as you will have the opportunity to lead this en ty to the finish line of our current genera on also redefining a stronger, bigger, and be er AIESEC Unila for the upcoming era. Remember the needs of this organisa on, our responsibility to develop the leadership which our society needs and our role as leaders who strive to create more and be er leaders for the future. Now, it's me for you to let Unila see your vision, hear your ambi ons, and feel your passion. But most importantly, show us the AIESEC Unila that you believe in and would take ownership to fight for.
