Our Story

AIESEC In Ghana was founded in 1961 and is one of the first - if not the first - AIESEC entitities in Africa. We have performed tremendously over the years, attaining Global recognision including the Global Excellence Award at IC Egypt. We have 5 LCs and 4 official expansions. The National Body consists of the MC team, NS Team, BOA. We have 4 national partners and a host of exchange and project partners supporting AIESEC in Ghana at various levels and in various ways.


Who we seek

We are looking for creative people hungry to learn. We want people who are ready to challenge the status quo and work under immense pressure. We want experience and ability to coach, lead and guide, as well as be coached, lead and guided.

Previous/ Current EB experience is a plus but proof of what we seek is what matters.

IGIP NST POSITIONS


NST IGIP INNOVATION JD The NST for innovations in GIP will be responsible for running and implementing the Global Entrepreneurial Program in the LCs and on the MC. The NST will learn how to implement strategy, develop tools that strive to achieve levels of performance with established goals through strategically designed KPIs

Responsibilities Improve Knowledge of iGIP and GE, and run education cycles for members of the portfolio Conduct Market research, and create policies for the Program Create and facilitate country to country partnerships

National Delivery Manager JD The National Delivery Manager is to ensure and maintain Standards and Satisfaction (S &S) in all LCs and tracking experience delivery

National Learning and LEAD Manager JD The Lead and learning manager will ensure member and intern education and development. The NST will gain experience in creating and implementing education cycles/leadership development programmes that support organizational goals, Brand management(LEAD) and human resource management, Information and knowledge management as well as Coaching ,training and facilitation skills

JD The Graphic Designer position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support our operations and other marketing goals. From concept through execution, you will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints (MC and LC Levels)

You’ll also facilitate the creation process of the National Website(s).
