Introduction Dear delegate of the advanced TtT, This is going to be one of the best conferences in terms of personal development and learning that you would ever have the chance to be on. So….get ready for it! I remember my first TtT…Summer 2009 and the team of 7 AIESECers in a home group…The trainer who shared his vision to establish the NTT in AIESEC in the United Kingdom. A very inspirational one. I remember this moment of confusion when I received a training outline and didn’t know how to fill it in; and the moment when I had to deliver the training for 30 minutes to my homegroup. It was unforgettable and will stay in my memories forever, just because it was fun and challenging. Create such experiences in your life! Visit more conferences, get the chance to learn in different environments and spread your knowledge. I believe this seminar will contribute to more advanced understanding of how to educate people, so take it seriously and enjoy while you are here. You are lucky to be a delegate on this TTaT
Kind regards, Svitlana Kogut agenda manager

Preparation The agenda of advanced track is designed to concentrate on getting more of practical knowledge and tips&tricks from experienced trainers. My conference Spend some time thinking about your strengths and weaknesses- what you want to empower and improve during TtT. Answer some questions: What should happen during TtT to satisfy me? What I can do to make that happened? What I can give to other delegates? What other delegates can give me? What will I do to take and give efficiently? Please write those answers down- you’ll need them. During whole conference. Feedback While you have some time, please research about JOHARI window and its implication in trainings. We will consider this model during giving feedbacks.

The larger the Arena (area of common understanding), the more effective is communication. We increase the Arena by receiving feedback to decrease our Blind Spot, and by being open and honest, which decreases the Secret Space.
Best of luck, advanced track team
