Leading AIESEC Bandung is a great privilege for me, the best experience I have had in my AIESEC journey so far. For myself, The 14/15 term has been all about challenging yourself as a person to drive this big entity into the ideal which you have thought of, and also how you can stretch up yourself to be the kind of leader that AIESEC Bandung needs. The next term will be a really exciting and challenging one as you will have the opportunity to lead this entity to the finish line of our current generation also redefining a stronger, bigger, and better AIESEC Bandung for the upcoming era. Remember the needs of this organisation, our responsibility to develop the leadership which our society needs and our role as leaders who strive to create more and better leaders for the future.
