I knew exactly how it feels like and how many battles you have to endure within yourself until you decided to take this bold move. Leading AIESEC Bandung will be a whirlwind experience. You will be challenged as human to develop other human. The experience won’t be as easy as you think or as hard as you imagine but I will ensure you that this experience will be exciting and there will be a lot of unpredictable things that you need to face together as leaders of this entity. This experience will be just another experience if you do it without passion and I’m dreaming to work with a bunch of passionate people. So find your passion. Find it and live it. Please give analysis of the performance of AIESEC LC Bandung (GCP, key bottlenecks, key growth, and key to support the sustainability) of each exchangers and also please state the key growth of the programme from 11-12 to 14-15 4. But then, the company has changed their structure so that there will be a new company policies so they have to evaluate the partnership. So as the VP IGIP, how can you solve this problem? b. There is one of TN that really has a high standard of TNs, native, have a working experiences, coming from US or UK. They have been raised for about 6 months and haven’t found the right ep to be matched. So how is your strategy to boost up the matching rate if you have this kind of TNs?

OGX GIP 1. Why do you think OGIP program is relevant with Bandung students market? 2. Regarding the value of leadership in OGIP : a. What is the value of leadership in OGIP programme that makes this program is different with another simillar program in AIESEC or outside AIESEC? b. How do you ensure that every EP can be developed in terms of leadership capacity in OGIP?

Normally, Finance Department is one of the most influencing department in company or organization, because this department shall make decisions that can affect overall’s performance or in the other words, kind of decisions which will drive the whole performance. So, this fact leads to these questions: 1. In your opinion, is it possible to implement this type of “Finance’s Decision Shall be Considered as Our Organization’s Most Important Decision” in our LC? 2. How’s the current reality? Is Finance and Governance Functional already handled such responsibility in making big decisions about overall performance? If yes, give the example. Please give evaluation regarding Program Sales performance to support iGCDP, iGIP, and stakeholder relations condition! State also about the things to start, improve, stop, and continue.
