You will be challenged as human to develop other human. The experience won’t be as easy as you think or as hard as you imagine but I will ensure you that this experience will be exciting and there will be a lot of unpredictable things that you need to face together as leaders of this entity. There is one of TN that really has a high standard of TNs, native, have a working experiences, coming from US or UK. They have been raised for about 6 months and haven’t found the right ep to be matched. So how is your strategy to boost up the matching rate if you have this kind of TNs?

OGX GIP 1. Why do you think OGIP program is relevant with Bandung students market? 2. Regarding the value of leadership in OGIP : a. What is the value of leadership in OGIP programme that makes this program is different with another simillar program in AIESEC or outside AIESEC? b. Normally, Finance Department is one of the most influencing department in company or organization, because this department shall make decisions that can affect overall’s performance or in the other words, kind of decisions which will drive the whole performance. So, this fact leads to these questions: 1. In your opinion, is it possible to implement this type of “Finance’s Decision Shall be Considered as Our Organization’s Most Important Decision” in our LC? 2. How’s the current reality?
