This conference is entirely organized for new leaders to provide them the place to build up strategies and action for the development and growth of AIESEC Indonesia on the next term and be ready to empower youth for future. As in gatsby world, a little party never kill nobody. This party will bring you back to 1920, the age when a girl dress up glamour and classy with their hairpiece and a guy with pomade on his head successfully attracts girl. Comb your hair , dress up, who knows you’ll meet your gatsby or daisy!

How to Reach Meeting Point Bandung Airport Direction to ITB : Take an airport taxi and simply tell the driver to take you to ITB. You can also rent an angkot but you should take a walk and go out of the airport area (might take a while) Price range : - Taxi : 50 K-70 K per taxi - Angkot : 50 K-70 K per angkot

Direction to ITB : Go out of the station and take a green angkot with “kalapa – dago” sign written on it and tell the driver to take you to ITB. He will stop in front of Santo Borromeus Hospital and then you should turn left and take a walk along Jalan Ganeca and you will find ITB

Direction to ITB : If you are taking this path, I’m pretty sure you are from Jakarta or West Java area. And you must have known exactly where Jalan Dago is. Go along Jalan Dago until you find Santo Borromeus Hospital then turn left and go along Jalan Ganeca and you will find ITB’s front gate in no time.

For those who are not attending pre conference, you may go to Hotel Ardjuna by yourself. Here’s the map!

We will be in meeting point by 8 and will wait for you guys until 9 am and we will go immediately to the venue. Other than that, we will only give you direction on how to get to the venue.

The direction from ITB to Hotel Ardjuna: Ir. H. Djuanda>Siliwangi>Cimbuleuit. It will take around 10-15 minutes. An hour before meals, you will meet CC at the meeting point and will help you with the transportation

If I come late, will the CCs pick me up? We will be in meeting point by 8 and will wait for you guys until 9 am and we will go immediately to the venue. Other than that, we will only give you direction on how to get to the venue.

I really am not familiar with Bandung and I have no idea how to get venue at all. What help would the CCs offer?

Can I go out somewhere during the conference? You should have a written permission with CCVP Delegates Service’s signature on it. Unless it’s lunch or dinner break.
